*If periodontal (gum) disease is present, additional treatment will be needed before your cleaning. That treatment is not included in the plan price, but your membership discount applies.
**Total annual savings if all services are used: $219.50 with the adult plan and $143.50 with the child plan.
The Dental Day membership plan is a savings plan offered directly by our office. It is not dental insurance. If periodontal (gum) disease is present, additional treatment will be necessary before your cleaning.
How it compares to insurance
